What does ERPNext cost?
ERPNext itself is open source, so there are no licence fees per user. You invest in implementation, optional customisation, and hosting and support. We scope everything up front, so you know the cost before we start.
How long does an implementation take?
It depends on your scope. A focused setup for a small team can be live in a matter of weeks; multi-company or manufacturing projects take longer. After our first workshop you receive a realistic plan with clear phases.
Can you migrate data from our current system?
Yes. We move master data such as customers, suppliers and items, plus opening balances and open transactions, and we validate the results with you before go-live.
Cloud or on-premise?
Both. We can host and maintain ERPNext for you, or install it on your own infrastructure. Because it’s open source, you can always move — your data never gets locked in.
What if we need something ERPNext doesn’t do out of the box?
ERPNext is built on the Frappe framework, which makes it very extensible. We add custom fields, workflows and reports, or build dedicated apps that upgrade cleanly with the core system.
